Scope and Contents

Brief autobiography of a nurse who served overseas in the First World War, and at the time of the Napier earthquake by Isabel Ethel Floyd. Typed transcript "taken from pad", with manuscript addenda. Unnamed in transcript, except for initials, I.E.F., at end.

At the beginning of this very brief autobiography, which is sometimes in diary form, and which has many large gaps, the author is nursing at Reefton Hospital. This brief account ends in 1951 when she is about to leave for an overseas trip, sailing on the Rangitiki.
