World War II propaganda including that written by the Allies to convince German soldiers to give themselves up since Germany was losing the war and there would be no other way for them to return home.
Also includes an item in English, written by the Germans, aimed at British soldiers. It told them that the Americans in England were stealing their wives and girlfriends.

Youngman family papers
The papers of the Youngman family includes a family history following the descendants of their son James Reeve and his son Reeve who was Pat Youngman's father. The photocopied letter, dated December 6, 1858, was written to James's family in England and describes the voyage to New Zealand and his early experiences and impressions of New Zealand. Also includes a family Bible with records of family births 1840-1862.
