Goodrick family papers
The papers of the Goodrick family include original diaries, with bound photocopies of manuscript copies of diaries for use. The diaries, 1852-1868, were written by William Reuben Goodrick on the voyage out, in Australia, and, from 1865, in Hokitika.
Also included are various other papers relating to the family including financial records; baptism and marriage certificates and a school report and confirmation certificate for Francis Goodwick.
Gordon Edwards photograph collection
Black and white photographs taken by Gordon Edwards and postcards collected by Gordon Edwards in 1962 and 1963. Edwards was travelled to Christchurch as an exchange teacher from Britain and also spent time touring with the New Zealand Opera Company.
