Biography

In 1996 International Relations roles and functions are created within the Communications and Promotions Unit. These new functions also include the management of Civic ceremonies. Also in 1996, the Communications and Promotions Unit moves from the Development Group and into the newly created Policy Group.

In 2004, following a restructure Marketing becomes a new Unit within the Public Affairs Group.
